Mechanical Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the mechanical team in ship repair and construction.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance and overhaul activities for Azimuth Thrusters, Bow Thrusters, CPP Shafts, Rudders, Pumps, Valves, and other marine mechanical systems.
- Ensure manpower allocation and productivity levels meet project deadlines and quality requirements.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and tolerances, and provide guidance to the mechanical team.
- Conduct progress reporting and ensure proper documentation of work activities.
- Ensure strict implementation of company safety regulations and quality standards.
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and other departments for work planning and job sequencing.
- Assist in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks, provide training, and support skill enhancement of technicians and foremen.
- Verify required materials, tools, and equipment availability to avoid work delays
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum 10–12 years of mechanical experience in ship repair, including 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge in marine mechanical systems and machinery overhaul.
- Good communication and leadership skills with ability to manage multi-national workforce.
- Proficient in interpreting mechanical drawings and system tolerances
Mechanical Foreman
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out and oversee overhauling of Azimuth Thrusters, Bow Thrusters, CPP Shafts, Rudders, Pumps, and Valves.
- Supervise and allocate tasks to technicians.
- Ensure maintenance work is performed to quality and safety standards.
- Support Mechanical Supervisor in planning and reporting repair work.
- Ensure job execution follows approved work instructions, class requirements, and OEM manuals.
- Conduct toolbox talks, daily briefings, and ensure proper permit-to-work procedures.
- Perform quality checks and inspections during and after job completion.
- Maintain daily job progress reports and update the Mechanical Supervisor.
- Support root-cause analysis for equipment failures and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness in all working areas.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience Required 8-10 years
- Hands-on mechanical repair expertise.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with marine/mechanical system drawings and tolerances.
- Strong team leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple job orders.
- Skilled in mechanical alignment, tolerance checks, and precision repair
- Fluent in reading mechanical/system drawings
Hydraulic Mechanic
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose faults in hydraulic systems and components.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair Hydraulic Pumps, Motors, Control Valves, Cylinders, Accumulators, Winches, and Hydraulic Capstans.
- Perform pressure testing, leak detection, and calibration.
- Replace worn-out seals, hoses, and fittings.
- Maintain documentation of all hydraulic system maintenance activities
Qualifications and Experience:
- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Marine Engineering
- Experience Required 4-7 years In-depth knowledge of hydraulic circuits and components.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Familiarity with hydraulic testing equipment and safety practices.
General Mechanic
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in marine/mechanical workshops or shipyard environments.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and maintenance manuals
Qualifications and Experience:
- ITI/ Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Required 2-4 years
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to workplace regulations.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work offshore or in shipyard conditions when required

We are looking for two skilled Technicians/Mechanics to work on high and ultra-high pressure pumps in the marine industry. Experience with Jetstream or Kamat pumps is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of high-pressure pumps
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and hydraulic issues
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Jetstream or Kamat pumps
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures for high-pressure systems
- Relevant certifications are a plus
Blasting and Painting Supervisor
- Must have at least 5+ years of experience in ship repair
- Understanding different types of marine paints.
- Communication skills
- Capability to manage daily production concerns
- Deep knowledge about blasting and painting estimating jobs
- Able to handle 10-12 projects
- Managerial skills
- Aware about new blasting and painting technologies
- Educational background in relevant field
Fabrication Supervisor
- Fluent in English
- 3-5 years of proven work experience on the same field
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to execute work in the relevant section to the level of productivity required
- Recommended certificates: ACE, SSPC, NACE, CWI
- Ability to participate in sustained activities for many hours in duration and in accordance with state labor laws
- Visual acuity (near and distant) sufficient to maintain records, understand written direction, and fabricate or repair orthotic and prosthetic devices.
- Education: Associate degree in welding, metals fabrication, engineering technology
- Age: 28 years or above
