Grandweld Shipyards is pleased to announce a significant addition to its in-house service capabilities with the successful commissioning of a new hydraulic bench test machine and hydraulic flushing machine — both now fully operational and ready to support our clients’ hydraulic maintenance and repair needs.

Hydraulic Bench Test Machine

Our new bench test machine delivers a comprehensive testing solution for a wide range of hydraulic components, with operating capacities of 100 to 600 L/min at 300 bar. This advanced equipment is capable of testing and certification of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, hydraulic cylinders, and control blocks up to 600 L/min at 300 bar. The machine is capable of testing and certifying:

  • Hydraulic pumps
  • Hydraulic motors
  • Hydraulic cylinders
  • Control blocks

This equipment allows Grandweld to perform rigorous performance verification and fault diagnosis in-house, reducing turnaround times and offering clients a faster, more cost-effective alternative to third-party testing.

Hydraulic Flushing Machine

Complementing the test bench, our new hydraulic flushing machine is used for high-capacity flushing of hydraulic systems up to 650 L/min at 150 bar, ensuring cleanliness after repairs and installations. It operates across a temperature range of 30 to 60°C, enabling thorough cleanliness of hydraulic circuits — a critical requirement following repairs, system overhauls, or new installations.
